The two Director's of Nursing are responsible and held accountable for all nursing functions and activities of LHH. This is a senior executive-level position and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer/Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). This person will have indirect reporting to the San Francisco Health Network Chief Nursing Officer. This person will lead, guide, and direct the clinical operations of the healthcare facility in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, industry standards of nursing care, and established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate care and services to residents.
