The Telemetry Patient Care Manager is responsible for providing the overall leadership and management of the Telemetry Care Unit, and for producing successful outcomes and results. When needed, assists nursing personnel in the delivery of nursing care, and performs RN duties. Maintains current nursing knowledge and skills. Oversees the workflow and scheduling of the monitor technicians. Ensuring that appropriate processes are followed in monitoring patients via the telemetry box. Requirements : Must possess Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) degree, Masters in Nursing, Health Care or Business Administration preferred. Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois.
