Overview This individual is a clinically competent Cardio-Vascular Advance Practice Clinician (APC) will directly report to the Director of APCs with a matrix reporting structure to the Executive Director of the Cardiac and Vascular Service Line. S/he must be able to effectively deliver care through demonstrated expertise to the Cardio-Vascular patient. The principle duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing pre-procedure assessments, Histories and Physicals, education and counseling of patients on cardiac and vascular diseases and treatments, responsible for tentative diagnosis, order and provide preliminary interpretation of lab studies, post procedure management of patient, discharge patient. Responsibilities Responsibilities Provides timely and thorough pre procedural work up on all Cardio-Vascular patients to include orders, History and Physical, review of consent and lab tests.
