Observe and record patient behavior and response to nursing interventions. Demonstrates quality, safe and effective patient care. Provides delegation to unlicensed assistive staff and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) staff Demonstrates standards of excellence which includes practicing nursing with core values of compassion, accountability, respect, teamwork and integrity.
