Masters degree in Nursing or Healthcare preferred EXPERIENCE Three (3) to five (5) years experience in acute or ambulatory care required. Experience in a combination of the following is essential: clinical care specific to the specialty pod, clinical process improvement, outcomes management, case management, and physician relations. Experience in collaborating with members of the care team to coordinate specialty complex needs is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills is essential.
