Home Infusion Nurse Coordinator

The Clinical Nurse II is responsible for the planning and delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. This position collaborates with patient/family and other professional disciplines to create a partnership to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery for the achievement of mutually desired patient outcomes. Pay Range Minimum $56.96 Midpoint $74.05 Maximum $91.14 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements. Experience * Required: Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience in an emergency, critical care or acute care setting. * Preferred: Previous pediatric emergency department experience. Education * Required: Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 2 years of hire. Licensure * Required: Registered Nurse - California (RN), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Basic Life Support (BLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Provider – Essentials (NRP); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Comprehensive Crisis Management within 3 months of hire; Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 6 months of hire * Preferred: Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN) , Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN).
