About this Job: General Summary of Position The Director of Ambulatory Nursing is a member of the division's leadership/management team and is responsible for one or more defined sites and/or with multi-specialty practices within the site. The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction during a designated shift. The RN Supervisor serves as a clinical operational liaison between units and the DON, ADON, medical director, and other nursing staff. About this Job: General Summary of Position The Medical Assistant performs clinical and administrative duties in an ambulatory care setting under the supervision of a physician/provider and/or a registered nurse.
