PLEASE NOTE: The RN - Trauma General Surgery role is not a Post-Op or PACU position. This role is best suited for nurses with experience caring for patients recovering from traumatic injuries and complex surgical conditions. Typical patient cases may include motor vehicle collision injuries, blunt or penetrating abdominal trauma, complex fractures, internal bleeding, and other trauma-related surgical conditions. This position requires the ability to provide acute care in a high-acuity inpatient environment, managing a 1:4-5 patient ratio while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patients through critical phases of recovery.
