OVERVIEW: Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department. Maintains quality clinical care for residents/patients in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Facility. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supervises the clinical care planning and delivery processes to ensure the coordination of quality patient care. RD., HAMILTON NJ 08690 Rate of Pay: STARTING AT $23/HOUR What You’ll Do: Provide compassionate care and supervision for assigned residents, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, eating) while promoting dignity, independence, and safety. Administer and observe medications and treatments in accordance with the Six Rights of Medication Pass, documenting accurately and reporting concerns promptly, including refusal of medications or missed doses Monitor and record resident conditions, including changes in behavior, appetite, skin, and participation in activities. Engage residents in enrichment programs and life skills activities to support overall well-being. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in resident rooms, community areas, and medication/treatment spaces. Respond promptly to resident call bells and community security systems. Communicate effectively with residents, families, supervisors, and healthcare staff regarding care needs and changes in condition. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, infection control protocols, and confidentiality policies. Other duties as assigned.
