A Skilled Nursing Facility in Queens, NY is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support clinical staff, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight during assigned shifts. Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident well-being and operational effectiveness. Supervise nursing assistants and direct care staff to ensure appropriate workflow and quality standards. Monitor medication administration activities and ensure accurate documentation and follow-up when necessary. Respond to resident concerns, behavioral issues, and emergent situations in a timely and professional manner.
