Affinity Skilled Living is seeking a full time 3-11 RN Supervisor. Duties include supervision of building, being admitting nurse for admissions that arrive on shift, and additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing. Schedule is full time, 5 days a week including every other weekend. Candidate should have prior expierience in RN supervision in the sub-acute/skilled setting. Job Details The Nurse Manager provides clinical, operational, financial, and administrative leadership for Procedural Services, including PACU, Endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization/Electrophysiology (Cath/EP) Lab, and Special Procedures. Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in critical care, cardiovascular, and/or procedural services At least two (2) years of progressive nursing leadership experience preferred. Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required. Salary Range USD $133,870.00 - USD $160,165.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits. Responsibilities of a RN: · Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for supervision of care given to residents by Licensed Practical Nurse, CNA, and other members of the team. · Registered Nurse (RN) develops resident's daily assignment sheets and makes changes as indicated based on staffing patterns and resident acuity. · Registered Nurse (RN) evaluates resident's response to medication and treatment. · Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for ensuring administration of medication, treatments, and evaluating resident’s response to medication and treatment. Qualifications of a RN: ü Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing ü Licensed in the State of New York as a Registered Nurse (RN) ü CPR/BLS certification
