The Medical Center is seeking an experienced nursing leader to join its Surgery Department , a dynamic perioperative environment featuring 10 operating rooms and one dedicated cystoscopy room. The department is supported by advanced robotic technology, including two da Vinci robots and one Medtronic Hugo robotic system, and performs approximately 650 surgeries annually across a broad range of services. The Nurse Manager will provide operational and clinical leadership to support operating room efficiency, project execution, staff scheduling, budget management, and strong collaboration with staff and providers. This leader will oversee approximately 90 direct reports and help foster a high-performing, team-oriented surgical services environment. CNOR certification is strongly preferred. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, MSN or Masters in related field and six years' experience in nursing with four years in related healthcare management required. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: Registered Nurse licensure from the State of applicable state. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire for Adult Critical Care, Adult ED.
