Supervisory & Leadership Responsibilities Provide day-to-day clinical and operational supervision of assigned cardiac clinical trials staff. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor, supporting onboarding, training, and competency development. Assist with staffing coordination, coverage planning, and workload distribution to support active studies. Support performance feedback, coaching, and issue escalation in collaboration with research leadership.
