In addition, patients are admitted for diagnostic work-up and treatment of new-onset infectious disease processes. Continuous video camera monitoring and cardiac telemetry are also available, if needed, to provide comprehensive, safe patient care. Collaboration between our physician colleagues (teaching services and attending services) and multidisciplinary teams contributes to the high functioning teamwork found on this unit. The unit is also supported by the Geriatric Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), ACE RN Program Coordinator, Medical/Surgical CNS/Educators and an Oncology CNS. This cohesive team approach allows our nurses to provide a high standard of innovative care to patients. Nursing based research that enhances nursing or improves patient care and safety is actively supported here. In addition, a nursing clinical leadership structure is provided to support and mentor nurses of all levels of experience. Education : Graduate from an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred, will consider ADN on a pathway to BSN or ADN with 25 or more years of experience. Experience : Minimum of one (1) or more years of acute care experience as a registered nurse. Additional Information Pay Range Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
