RN Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Facility In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality care during your shift, support nursing staff, and serve as a key resource for residents, families, and clinical teams. Responsibilities: Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts Ensure that resident care is delivered in accordance with care plans and facility policies Respond to emergencies and act as the primary clinical decision-maker during shift Monitor staff performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and care needs Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams as needed Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care, incidents, and resident status changes Report concerns or issues to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing Qualifications: Active RN license #AllaireHiring 
The RN Intake Coordinator screens potential new enrollees and evaluates and coordinates new enrollees to the appropriate Case Management Program. Assists Case Team Staff with outreach activities to support care initiatives for members throughout the care continuum. This position is per diem, flex hours. You'll be based and located out of Geisinger's Hughes Center in Danville, PA. At least one (1) year of RN work experience is required.
