Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current Alabama RN license or current Multi-State RN License in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama . The nursing personnel of the Post Anesthesia Care Unit must maintain a TCAR or Trauma certification corresponding to their scope of practice and patient population served within 18 months of employment. BLS, ACLS and PALS certification may be required per hospital policy.
