Maintains logs and reports TA quality control issues-- errors, variances, incidents and complaints—to Stem Cell Transplantation Program (SCTP) Quality & Safety Committee. Reviews and revises TA Standards Of Practice (SOP) annually under the direct supervision of the Therapeutic Apheresis Medical Director; assures compliance with current accreditation and regulatory agency standards for TA. Responsible for TA document control and distribution of all TA-related documents.
