Experience / Requirements / Qualifications Holds a current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse within the state Must possess an active BLS CPR Certification (AHA preferred) Knowledge of nursing practice principles and techniques, occupational health and safety standards, infectious disease management, applicable health care laws, regulations, and procedures for direct health care services. Team & Compliance: Participate in daily huddles, maintain compliance logs (crash cart, fridge temps, etc.), support infection-control and HIPAA standards. What We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Active national MA certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) at hire. At least 1+ year of experience with insurance verification and patient registration required. Active BLS certification required or must be obtained within defined onboarding period. Urgent care or emergency room experience highly valued. EMR proficiency (Experity preferred); comfort with payer portals (e.g., Waystar). Proven venipuncture and specimen collection skills. Additional requirements Must successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check as a condition of employment.
