Charge nurse, supervisory expertise in department specific preferred. Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program BSN preferred REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS Registered Nurse with current California RN license. BLS (AHA) certification. ACLS (AHA) certification. PALS (AHA) where pediatric patients are cared for. Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
