Clinical Skills & Technology Demonstrate proficiency in the operation and maintenance of clinical equipment and procedures. Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. Perform technical skills relevant to the nursing practice area, including: Rapid Strep testing Urinalysis (UA) with dip I-Stat testing CBC via Coulter Urine Pregnancy Testing Urine Drug Screening (DOT and Non-DOT) Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT) Participate in the evaluation of new equipment, products, policies, procedures, and clinical standards. Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current RN License or RN Temporary Permit in the state of practice. Current CPR certification. Additional certifications as required by department policy. Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Preferred Previous nursing experience in an acute care, clinic, or ambulatory setting.
