Notifies family of change in residents' condition or hospitalization according to Masonic Village policy. Performs accurate assessments of resident needs and strengths. Assists in the development of the plan of care as well as in the completion/update of the RASP and other mandated forms as needed and within mandated timelines. Implements the plan of care and oversees care provided by assigned nursing personnel. Communicates effectively and in a non-aggressive manner with residents, family members, visitors and co-workers. What You Need as a Personal Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Current LPN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing. Minimum Required Qualifications: Current license as a Registered Nurse, issued by the PA State Board of Nursing. Bachelor's degree in nursing OR Bachelor's degree in related field AND Associate Nursing degree. Two years’ experience in a research or clinical environment. Working knowledge of medical and research terminology. Comprehension of Federal Regulations for Human Subjects in research. Computer Competency including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, electronic data capture and electronic health records EHR navigation. Preferred Qualifications: Comprehension and certification in Good Clinical Practices ICH GCP for human research.
