Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant/Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) - Functional/Benign Conditions Radiation Therapy Program The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Department of Radiation Oncology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant/Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) - Functional/Benign Conditions Radiation Therapy Program to support an emerging area within radiation oncology focused on expanding the therapeutic use of radiation beyond traditional cancer treatment. This program provides care for patients with functional and benign conditions, including conditions exacerbated by cancer therapy, while emphasizing symptom relief, functional improvement, multidisciplinary collaboration, and clinical innovation. UT MD Anderson is a leading institution focused on cancer care, research, education, and prevention. The Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with faculty and multidisciplinary partners to manage patients throughout the treatment continuum. The Advanced Practice Provider will also contribute to program development, care coordination, education, outcomes tracking, and clinical innovation as the program continues to grow. The ideal candidate will have preferred experience as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with at least two years of outpatient experience, preferably in oncology, with radiation oncology experience highly desired.
