What You’ll Do The Nursing Manager provides oversight and instructions for on-site nursing staff. The Nursing Manager is expected to perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the mission and core values of Newport Healthcare and comply with all policies and procedures, OSHA, HIPAA, local, state, and federal regulations. Essential Duties: Act as liaison between nursing team and Medical Director/Directory of Psychiatry. Delegate shift-specific responsibilities to maximize efficiency and accuracy in provision of nursing care.
