The Medical Assistant performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. You will perform computations, and other tasks, and report to the Center Administrator. CCM/RPM The medical assistant works in collaboration and continuous partnership with chronically ill patients and their family/caregiver(s), clinic/hospital/specialty provider and staff, and community resources in a team We are seeking a full-time, bilingual, and remote Medical Assistant (MA) to join our rapidly growing team at Preventel Health performing Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) by telephonically delivering health and wellness calls to assigned patients.
