Administers medications as prescribed safely; provides education on prescribed medications; recognizes signs and symptoms of adverse drug reactions. Reviews, revises, and updates medical records within facility guidelines and timeframes. Transcribes and implements physician's orders according to facility policy; documents care, progress, response to intervention in medical record in an accurate, thorough and concise manner. What are we looking for? Current RN license in assigned state is required; Bachelor degree in nursing preferred. Minimum of 6-8 years nursing experience. Certified Case Manager (CCM) required, or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire, unless candidate has 2-3 years of relevant care/case management experience 2+ years experience in transitional nursing, emergency room nursing, care coordination, discharge planning, or home health is strongly preferred. Job Description The primary responsibility of the Health Screener is to provide coverage in the field ensuring that health screenings are completed accurately and on time. Maintain a safe and professional environment for clients and employees; perform with confidence all aspects of a health screening, including specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
