Schedule Full-Time Three 12-hour shifts per week Day Shift available Night Shift available One weekend per month required Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to medically complex pediatric patients. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately. Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status. Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. Educate and support patients' families throughout the care process. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Qualifications Active New York State RN license. Minimum of 5 year of recent experience in one of the following: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Pediatric Emergency Department (Pediatric ER) Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
