Conducts regular patient rounds to ensure safety and enhance patient experience. Actively participates in daily interdisciplinary huddles to support coordinated care. Utilizes approved clinical communication tools (e.g., Vocera) in accordance with organizational standards. Job Function 5: Adhere to OSHA, Joint Commission, Standards of Nursing Practice supported by NJ BON, professional association, ANA Code of Ethics & Scope of Standards and Practice NJ Board of Health, and hospital standards. Use two patient identifiers and check allergies before medication administration. Follow hand washing protocols and maintain isolation precautions. Properly use and store equipment, checking expiration dates. Demonstrate leadership and function as a resource/mentor. Actively participates in Shared Governance. Required QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. BLS certification. Minimum of one year nursing experience Preferred Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
