RN MDS Assessor Water’s Edge Rehab & Nursing Center at Port Jefferson is looking for a talented and hard-working MDS Coordinator to join our ever-growing team. Provides an overview of the MDS Coordinator and Assessor role to new employees that are involved with the RAI process.
