Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to support the Nurse Manager to ensure standards of professional practice are developed and maintained to achieve excellence and continuity in resident care. The Assistant Nurse Manager will be responsible for working in a collaborative manner with the Nurse Manager to direct and organize the nursing care for their assigned neighborhoods. The Assistant Nurse Manager will support the leadership, direction, and supervision of nursing staff, including RNs/LPNs, CNAs and Companions. This includes working in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and the neighborhood staff to balance schedules and maintain staffing levels that are consistent with resident needs, including needs as defined by their Plan of Care, activity and daily schedules, outside and in-house clinic visits, and school programs. The OR Technician II performs various duties to assist with surgical procedures and related operating room activities.
