Doctoral degree (PhD or DNP) in clinical nursing practice or research required Pertinent clinical knowledge preferred Certification in nursing leadership required Ability to apply nursing process toward achievement of specific outcomes in an organized fashion to address patient/family satisfaction and quality indicators. Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, organization, critical thinking, problem solving, and leadership skills. Minimum 5 years Leadership or supervisory experience..
