POSITION OVERVIEW The Registered Nurse (RN) is primarily responsible for providing direct, quality clinical care and serves as a Team Leader to patient care staff. What you need to know about this position: Having a baby is one of life's most important experiences, and our Birthing Center provides a full range of delivery services to support needs before, during and after giving birth. Our Birthing Center is equipped with a Level 2 Nursery to assist and support our newborns and families. A new Registered Nurse in this unit will have an hourly base rate starting at $33.34. An experienced Registered Nurse can expect an hourly base rate in the top 25% of nurses in the region. The role our Medical Assistants play may vary but include responsibility for routine back office functions, bringing patients back to exam room, taking and recording basic medical history, and assisting the physicians and/or nurse as needed. The hourly range for this position is between $17.61 and $26.41. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience.
