Nursing Assistant

Area: Newton, Brookline, West Roxbury and surrounding areas Position Overview: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a licensed member of the home care team. The CNA is responsible for the basic daily care of the client. CNAs will help maintain care records for the client and communicate with other members of the care team. Client’s mental behavior c. Potentially unsafe environment changes to the supervising Administrator and or Alternate Administrator . 6) Enhances service reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. 7) Explains the necessary procedure to the client prior to performing it. 8) Light housekeeping duties as needed. 9) Maintains continuity of client care by documenting and communicating with other caregivers in the client’s care plan (book) and in the system. 10) Participate in in-services and training as required.
