What you'll do Completes personal care on each patient as directed by plan of care, including policies and procedures, without continual direct supervision. Accurately performs skills per policy and procedure. Documents pertinent patient information concisely and legibly using acceptable medical terminology and abbreviation on all assigned patients. Assumes additional clerical responsibilities as department needs dictate. Supports nurses and healthcare staff in delivering personalized, high-quality care. Maintains a clean, safe, and healing environment for patients and families. Provide emotional support and compassionate care during vulnerable moments. Communicates clearly and respectfully with patients, families and team members. Helps ensure patient dignity, comfort and safety at all times. Required qualifications Licensed in the State of Oregon to practice as a CNA. Current Basic Life Support (BLS). Additional information The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork and adaptability, contributing to a collaborative environment that supports optimal patient outcomes.
