The Oncology Nurse Navigator directs the coordination of care for patients with Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) and Lymphoma patients. As an Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN) for the HHT and Lymphoma Teams, you serve as clinical liaison and the single point of contact for patients, coordinating their care as they move from initial diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
