What you'll do Provide anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases across multiple specialties including trauma, general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, pediatrics, cardiothoracic, and vascular services. Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop appropriate anesthetic plans for patients undergoing surgical procedures. Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff to deliver coordinated patient care. Participate in call coverage to support emergency and urgent surgical services. Document anesthesia care and clinical activities accurately within the electronic medical record. Required qualifications Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in the State of Oregon or ability to obtain prior to start. Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association. Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification through the American Heart Association. Demonstrated current competency with performance of at least 500 anesthetics within the past 24 months.
