Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA‑C) – Pain Management Outpatient | Office‑Based | Weekdays Only | Training & Ongoing Support Provided Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 + Productivity Bonus Schedule: Full‑Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm Practice Setting: Outpatient Interventional Pain Management Travel: Some travel between clinic sites A Specialty Role with Real Support Pain management is a specialty — but you do NOT need pain management experience to succeed here . We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient pain management practice. This is an office‑based role focused on scheduled outpatient visits, patient education, and collaborative care. ✅ No pain management experience required ✅ ~2 weeks of hands‑on initial training ✅ Daily, ongoing access to supervising physicians ✅ Collaborative environment — you are never practicing alone What This Role Is Really About Our patients live with chronic pain and often need providers who listen, explain, and guide them through their care. Success in this role depends on: Strong communication skills Empathy and patience Ability to educate and set expectations Comfort with office‑based outpatient visits If you bring professionalism and compassion, we will train you on the specialty. What You’ll Do Conduct pain‑focused histories and physical exams Manage acute and chronic pain conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians Develop and follow treatment plans for outpatient visits Provide pre‑ and post‑procedure follow‑up care Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps Prescribe medications per state and practice guidelines Document visits clearly in the EMR Collaborate daily with physicians, MAs, and clinical staff Training & Ongoing Support Approximately 2 weeks of hands‑on onboarding Side‑by‑side training in: Pain‑focused assessments Patient communication and education Treatment planning and follow‑up visits Permanent supervising support — physicians are always available to: Answer questions Review plans Provide guidance on complex cases Qualifications Licensed NP or PA‑C (new graduates welcome) Active, unrestricted state license National certification BLS/CPR required (ACLS preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compensation & Benefits $100,000–$125,000 base salary Healthy productivity bonus Weekday outpatient schedule Supportive, team‑based practice Full benefits package Who Will Thrive Here New‑grad NPs/PAs seeking mentorship Clinicians transitioning from primary care or inpatient settings Providers who value collaboration and communication APPs who prefer structured, office‑based outpatient care Ready to Apply?
