Your Role on the Team Position Summary The Nursing Assistant aids professional and technical nursing personnel primarily by accomplishing a variety of duties and procedures which are directly related to patient care. The Medical Assistant (MA) performs clinical and administrative duties under the direct supervision of a licensed practitioner and within the scope of practice established by California law, organizational policies, and delegated clinical responsibilities.
