MDS Coordinator (RN) Facility: Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Location: Briarcliff Manor, NY Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $120,000–$125,000 annually Job Summary Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator (RN) to oversee the accurate and timely completion of resident assessments (MDS) and care plans in compliance with state and federal regulations. This role is essential to clinical compliance, quality outcomes, and resident-centered care.
