Job Overview At Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, the Nursing Supervisor represents hospital administration and, as such, serves as the delegated agent of the hospital administrative team invested with the authority of the same on the assigned shift. Responsible for coordinating, evaluating quality and clinical practice activities throughout the medical center in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act, JCAHO and NJDOH licensing standards. Prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC is strongly preferred. This position offers a full-time schedule on the night shift, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
