Job Summary and Qualifications: The Stress Lab / Registered Nurse ensures quality non- invasive cardiac stress testing on inpatient and outpatients for various age groups adolescent adult , and geriatric patients . Responsible for meeting the Standards of Practice for the EKG stress testing area and managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients.\ Initiates Code Blue and implements life-saving measures, per BLS/ACLS protocol Assesses patients in an ongoing manner, per protocol. Responsible for maintaining customer friendly atmosphere. Responsible for assessment of the patient with telemetry monitoring.
