The RN is responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The patient population we service consists of brain and spinal cord injuries, strokes, seizures, and a variety of movement disorders. The Home Hospital Registered Nurse is responsible for providing the essential elements of the inpatient care delivery model into the patient’s defined living space using leveraged technology and remote clinical care coordination.
