You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants. You will promptly chart and maintain documentation for residents. You will prepare and administer medications. You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members. Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher. A valid, current nursing license in Illinois. Current CPR certification. At least one year experience in long term care. 
Requirements CNA certificate (current and active) BLS certificate Able to stand for hours at a time Able to lift up to 50 lbs Prefer: Experience with LTC Experience with POC Excellent communication skills and customer service skills Tasks for this position include, but not limited to: Able to work 0600 to 1400 Every other weekend is required for FT or PT Safely perform daily resident care Accurately obtain vitals and weights Perform restorative programs (ROM, Dressing, Grooming, ect.)
