What You’ll Be Doing Leading the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Department of Community and Family Medicine Clinics , ensuring excellence across clinical operations, patient care, customer access, satisfaction, performance improvement, environment of care, and infection control. Developing and managing the annual departmental operating budget while identifying opportunities to improve services, optimize resources, and minimize expenditures. Serving as Co-Chairperson of the Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) Steering Committee for Lakewood, as assigned, and participating in multidisciplinary committees and task forces. Driving initiatives that improve quality outcomes and enhance the patient experience across Primary Care Services. Establishing competencies, professional qualifications, and clinical performance standards for Primary Care Services staff.
