RN - Associate Staff Nurse Manager (Night Shift)

Summary GENERAL SUMMARY The Associate Nurse Manager is responsible for developing and sustaining an environment that promotes excellence in clinical practice and patient/family satisfaction, while striving for optimal efficiency and productivity of all resources. At time of hire, a record of completion and/or enrollment for all education, licenses, training and/or certifications is required. Continuous re-certification and/or maintenance of state licensures, certifications, educational and applications requirements is required during employment. Director, RN - NICU Neonatal Service Line

Summary GENERAL SUMMARY The Director of the NICU/Neonatal Service Line facilitates a collaborative partnership with the NICU, NNP/PA program, Neonatal Breastfeeding Medicine, Fetal Diagnostic Center, and Neonatal Follow-up Clinic. The Director provides leadership and direction for both inpatient and outpatient neonatal services. The Director is accountable for overall operations, direction and delivery of patient care that promotes the safety and well-being of all patients on a twenty-four-hour basis. A high level of independence in performance of the role and/or solution of problems is expected, however, demonstrated cooperation and collaboration is equally essential for successful functioning. Reports to the Vice President of Patient Care Services. Collaborates with physicians in the proper treatment of patients. Reviews daily and other reports from the units to monitor and ensure timely and effective responses to issues and problems.
