Verifies that all quality improvement protocols are being complied with. Assists management with improving workflows and processes. Resolves patient/family issues in the absence of the Practice Manager. Other relevant duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years in a medical office setting, with some management or supervisory experience preferred eClinical Works or EPIC experience an additional plus. The salary range for the role is $65193 - $97790 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need.
