Job Summary Provides 24/7 administrative and clinical leadership across the hospital during assigned shift. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care delivery through real-time coordination of staffing, patient flow, and resource allocation. Serves as the on-site representative of hospital leadership, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting clinical decision-making, and responding to emergent situations.
