The Clinical Manager is a dynamic and experienced licensed Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist, who serves as the cornerstone of clinical excellence within the agency. This individual is responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and management of all multidisciplinary home health services, ensuring that patient care is not only compliant and effective but also delivered with compassion and integrity. By providing direct oversight, mentorship, and expert clinical leadership to a dedicated team of field staff (RNs, LVNs, Therapists, etc.), the Clinical Manager champions a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
