Develop and Implement departmental policies and procedures as needed to address client and/or staff issues and needs. Ensure that all medical staff and contractors comply with HR and personnel policies and procedures. Provide mentorship and guidance to supervisory level personnel as needed to help maximize managerial performance and ability.
