Coordinates treatment and care for patients with devices. Interacts with clients, patients and Practice staff, providing patient care, communicating, organizing and resolving issues with regard to monitoring. Presents patients to the doctor in clinic. Alerts doctor of any problems with patient or device. Ensures accurate recording (saving to program), reporting (uploading, creating letters from template for physician review) and authorization (physician signature); Other data entry includes billing codes. Coordinates clinic scheduling needs, including coordination of device tech vendors and representatives. Enrolls patients electronically for remote monitoring and educate patients on device care and follow up including home monitoring instructions.
