Duties & Responsibilities The Director of Nursing is an integral member of the Nursing and Patient Care Services Administration. Review/analyze quality improvement reports and effectiveness of corrective action plans/follow-up. Periodically assess/review the master staffing plan. Review customer service/patient satisfaction patterns. Reviews status of disciplinary process of chronically absent/late employees. Reviews annual and probationary evaluations of all nursing personnel on assigned tours. Writes annual performance evaluations for Nurse Managers and reviews with associates.
